ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GREEN INDIA AGRO FARMING website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order for any of our organic products such as vermicompost, vermi kits, organic fertilisers, gardening supplies or farm produce, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order on our website. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, address, contact number and payment details, is accurate, complete and up to date. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if any information provided is found to be incorrect or incomplete.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

GREEN INDIA AGRO FARMING is engaged in sustainable agriculture and organic farming. Our products and services include premium vermicompost, earthworm vermi kits, organic fertilisers, garden soil and planting assistance, tree plantation support, and guidance on organic farming and kitchen gardening. All orders are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images on our website are accurate, however actual products may vary slightly due to the natural and biological nature of our goods.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments for orders are processed securely through the Razorpay payment gateway, which supports UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and popular mobile wallets. Your order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully authorised and received. We do not accept cash on delivery for online orders. In case of a payment failure, no amount is debited from your account; if any amount is debited due to a technical error, it is automatically reversed by Razorpay as per their settlement guidelines.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, your order is confirmed and the delivery process begins. Because our products are biological, perishable and living in nature (such as earthworms, vermicompost and organic fertilisers), all orders are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once confirmed. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By confirming your order you acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of our products.

USER OBLIGATIONS & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and for placing genuine orders. You must not: misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the proper working of the site, use any automated system to place bulk or fraudulent orders, or provide false information. Any order placed with fraudulent payment details will be cancelled immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
